The Seaport Ferry has two routes, the North Station route and the East Boston route.
- The North Station morning route runs from Lovejoy Wharf at North Station, to Fan Pier, to Pier 10, then back to Lovejoy Wharf
- The North Station evening route runs from Pier 10, to Fan Pier, to Lovejoy Wharf at North Station, then back to Pier 10
- The East Boston route runs morning and evening from Lewis Mall Wharf in East Boston to Fan Pier

Catch the North Station route at any of the 3 stops:
- North Station – Lovejoy Wharf, located at the intersection of Beverly St & the Harborwalk. Find Lovejoy Wharf on Google Maps
- Fan Pier, located along the Harborwalk between Harbor Shore Dr. & Marina Park Dr. Find Fan Pier on Google Maps
- Pier 10, located at the end of the Drydock Green Space at the end of Drydock Ave. Find Pier 10 on Google Maps
Catch the East Boston route at either of the 2 stops:
- Lewis Mall Wharf, located at the intersection of Lewis St. & E. Pier St. Find Lewis Mall Wharf on Google Maps

Travel times are inclusive of loading / unloading. Times may vary in inclement weather.
- North Station to/from Fan Pier – under 20 minutes
- North Station to/from Pier 10 – under 30 minutes
- East Boston to/from Fan Pier – under 10 minutes

The Seaport Ferry does not operate on weekends or the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- President’s Day/Washington’s Birthday
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Indigenous Peoples’ Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
The ferry can hold approximately 90 people seated, with additional space for standees.
