Seaport Ferry Policies

All ferry vessels and docks are ADA compliant. The ferries are bow-loading which allows access by wheelchairs. Vessels have locations to tie the wheelchair in place.

Trained Service Animals are allowed on board as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Space is limited. Should you need any additional assistance or if you would like to prearrange, please feel free to reach out directly to the MCCA at:  SeaportFerry@massconvention.com.

Bikes are allowed on the Ferry, however, space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Cyclists must dismount to walk their bicycles on board.

All bicycles must be stored in the designated bicycle storage area on each vessel. Bicycles may not be left on the boats for more than one trip. The MCCA is not responsible for stolen or damaged bicycles.

Leashed and controlled dogs are allowed on the ferry, space permitting.

Before disembarking the vessel, please check your surrounding area for items that may have dropped or fallen during your ride. If you recover any items on the ferry, please turn them into a crew member on the boat.

Lost items are held for 30 days. If the item is not claimed within 30 days, the item will be donated to charity, properly disposed of, or destroyed. For any lost items, please contact SeaportFerry@massconvention.com

The MCCA is not liable for any damages to personal items.

All tickets and passes are non-refundable after purchase. Transit service may be delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather, harbor conditions, mechanical problems or other circumstances. The MCCA is not liable for any loss, damage, or refunds arising from or related to delayed or cancelled service, or for any act or failure to act resulting in delays or cancellations.

Please review the service maps and schedules prior to purchasing your ticket. Ticket refunds may be considered, but not guaranteed, in the event of a necessary service cancellation as determined by the MCCA.
